The proposed Superior Viaduct apartment complex sits above the beautiful West Bank of the flats in downtown Cleveland, Ohio.

These preliminary plans are for a 24-story, The roughly 275,000-square-foot tower at 2208 Superior Viaduct will house approximately 186 market-rate apartments.

The residential floors will be perched atop a six-level parking and entry/service pedestal of 12,800 gross square feet per level, with roughly 128 parking spaces.
